Participation in the UI GreenMetric Ranking 2024
OVGU took part in the international UI GreenMetric Ranking for the first time in 2024! This ranking evaluates the sustainability performance of universities based on various criteria - primarily in operations, but also in teaching.
This year, 1,476 universities worldwide took part, including seven from Germany. OVGU used its participation to gather experience and identify potential for improvement. It achieved place 1,116.
Wageningen University & Research from the Netherlands took the top spot. All results of the 2024 ranking can be found here.
